Presales Specialist

Full Time Enterprise Business Directorate

About the Role

  • Develop solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Identify solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Maintain and manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals, including pricing, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaising with Presales, Solution Architect and other related internal parties to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Provide justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology
  • Analyze and provide improvement of existing infrastructure and technology to gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area), include help to achieve designated cost saving target
  • Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet)
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the sales team, enabling them to effectively articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products, solutions, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant network technology, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship building.
