Corporate Culture & Engagement Internship

• Collaborate with the Corporate Culture & Engagement (CCE) team to develop creative content for Employer Branding initiatives, including managing content for platforms such as @lifeatlinknet on Instagram, PT Link Net Tbk on LinkedIn, and other Culture & Engagement programs.
• Assist the CCE team in developing and implementing Culture Programs on Link Net’s internal social media platform.
• Work closely with the Graphic Design team to create engaging content.
• Maintain and organize data for CCE programs, including recognition programs, daily initiatives, and other activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling and culture-building initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of photography or videography (optional, but a plus).
• Basic knowledge of data management and Excel.
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten.
